We are pleased to present this site to assist you in planning your special event. Our staff is ready to make your event an outstanding and memorable occasion. Please consider us for your next business meeting, concert, conference, special celebration or event. We can accommodate your group of 20 to 2000.

To discuss room availability for your upcoming event, please contact us at (828) 324-5372. Please check the availability of the room you would like to use as soon as you have selected your event date. A deposit is required to secure the room and date of the event.

After reserving your room, make an appointment with the Sales Coordinator to discuss the details of your event. When scheduling services, we will need the following information.

Date and time of the event
Location of the event
Name of organization and name of contact person complete with telephone number
Billing Information
Estimated number of guests
Type of function
Type of services and/or equipment required
