The T-12 Process |

T-12 - THE FOUNDATION OF OUR MINISTRY
Jesus took twelve men, calling some of them from their fishing boats to come follow him and become fishers of men. In the Vision of 12, the lives of families are changed through the transforming of individuals into the image of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this through the CONSOLIDATION in Life Groups and SCHOOL OF DISCIPLES which is our discipleship process.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS We begin with the Encounter which is a 3-day weekend spent meeting "face to face" with God, and obtaining a revelation of the Cross of Jesus Christ. Prior to attending the Encounter, individuals attend a short series of classes in preparation for what they are about to experience; they have also become active in a cell group which meets weekly. Upon returning from the Encounter, there are 10 weeks of post-encounter classes that assist the participant in walking out their new found freedom and revelation.
THE PROCESS CONTINUES As the participant continues to receive ministry in a Life group, they enroll in the SCHOOL OF DISCIPLES which is 3 terms of character building, leadership training, and discipleship and prepares them to begin the same process with the individuals (disciples) that will become a part of their lives.
THE ULTIMATE GOAL The goal of T-12 is to "win souls and make disciples", thereby causing each one to become a leader.
